Organizational Structure
Endo Peace Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. maintains a clear and well-defined organizational structure to ensure effective management, regulatory compliance, and continuous product innovation.
The company is led by the Chairman of the Board, who oversees the strategic direction and governance of the organization. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company.
To ensure compliance with international quality standards, an ISO 13485 Management Representative is appointed to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 requirements.
Under this management framework, the company operates through three core functional departments:

• Administration & Business Operations – Responsible for administrative management, financial coordination, business development, and operational support.
• Research & Development (R&D) – Responsible for product design, technological innovation, clinical collaboration, and continuous product improvement.
• Quality Assurance (QA) – Responsible for quality management system implementation, regulatory compliance, product quality control, and risk management.
